Heating with electricity saves money

This is true although it is difficult to get it out of people´ s mind that “electricity is expensive”.

Economical and technical reasons speak for a decentralized heating system.

Considerable price increases for natural gas and heating oil make electric heating systems attractive for the consumer. Together with modern, energy-saving ways of construction electric heating systems provide really interesting advantages.

Due to the fact that the price per KW/hour is higher for electricity than for oil or gas it seems that electric heating is more expensive. However, considering the efficiency of electricity and the high investment and maintenance costs for other systems, electric heat turns out to be surprisingly inexpensive.
